Delivery Details

Despatch Of Your Goods 

Customer orders can only be dispatched upon receipt of a cleared payment.

Completed customer orders are usually despatched on the same day (Mon-Fri) if they are received before 1pm

Completed orders received after 1pm will be despatched next working day.

 Items Out Of Stock 

In the rare event that a customer has made payment for an item that is out of stock, we will give the customer the option of either a full refund or to wait for the item to be back in stock.

 Delivery Of Your Goods

Although the delivery times estimated by the Royal Mail are 1 - 3 days for 1st class mail, we would like to draw it to the attention of our customers that the Royal Mail will not consider an item lost in the post for up to 15 working days from despatch and will not open any enquiry until this time period has expired

All delivery methods with the exception of 'Royal Mail Standard Parcels' provide a tracking number which is available to the customer on request.

Most items sent out by Clitheroe Music require a signature upon receipt of goods.

If there is nobody available to sign for the goods, the Post Office leave you a delivery notice card.  You will then need to arrange re-delivery or collect your item from your local sorting office.

Returned Goods (undelivered)

Items returned to Clitheroe Music by the Royal Mail that are marked cannot deliver or not collected will be stored for 30 days from receipt.  The customer will be notified that their goods have been returned to Clitheroe Music and they will be offered the option of collecting the goods in person or having them re-sent.  The customer will need to pay the P&P charges to have their goods re-sent.
